1.3 if you cancel your booking within 14 days of the start date of your course you are not entitled to receive a refund of your fee

Payment by Subscription (FuturePay) via WorldPay

Some courses can be paid via subscription (aka Futurepay Payments via Worldpay) – this allows you to spread the cost of a course by paying in instalments. Your debit or credit card is charged once every 2 weeks for an agreed length of time – an online equivalent of traditional direct debit or standing order payments. Not all courses can be paid for in instalments – if you cannot see the option to pay by instalment when adding the course to your basket then it is not available for that course.

Cancel your Futurepay payments
Please contact The Makershed by email or phone to cancel. If you cancel your payments you may not be able to complete the course.

The Makershed Equalities Policy

The Makershed is committed to the provision of a learning and making environment where everyone is treated equally and with respect and consideration.

We do not tolerate discriminatory behaviour or harassment of any kind, including any expression which aims to incite discrimination or hatred against any person or group, especially on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or socio-economic background.

By booking a course you acknowledge and accept our equalities policy and our right to cancel your booking if your behaviour whilst at The Makershed is not in line with this policy.
