THESE CLASSES INVOLVE PLANNING AND MAKING A WOODWORK PROJECT OF YOUR CHOICE
This course involves making a piece of wooden furniture or other woodwork project under tutor guidance.
You choose your project and we guide you through the process of planning joinery, making drawings, sourcing timber and then making your project in the workshop.
Skill level: 3
Available only to those who have completed our Woodwork for Beginners Level 1 & 2 courses.
LEARN HOW TO:
- Plan your own project
- Choose timber and joinery
- Add new joints to your repertoire
4 x Thursday or Friday Daytime Classes 10.00am – 3.00pm
8 x Monday Evening Classes 6.20 – 8.35pm
As students projects vary so much in the time in takes to complete them, you can choose to keep your space for consecutive blocks of classes or takes breaks in between them to suit your schedule and budget. If you have completed the beginners courses with us you will be aware that woodwork projects made using hand tools do take time and patience and the number of classes you require will depend on your project and work speed.
The course fee includes tutor guidance and use of the workshop facilities and tools but does not include materials.
Please note that we operate a waiting list for spaces in these classes – if you are interested in joining, please email Jenny at firstname.lastname@example.org before you book!
